ANNEALING

 

We can carry out all kinds of annealing processes at our plants. However, the most commonly ordered annealing processes are normalizing and stress relieving treatments. For the other annealing treatments, please contact us.

We have modern furnaces available for annealing processes both at Kauhava and Hämeenkyrö works.

 

Kauhava:

The maximum space for the charge is: height 1400 mm and diameter 850 mm. The maximum loading is 1000 kg and maximum temperature is 1050 ºC.

 

Hämeenkyrö:

The maximum space for the charge is: height 2000 mm, width 2000 mm and depth 6000 mm. The maximum loading is 10 000 kg and maximum temperature is 650 ºC.
